Ed Sheeran and his girlfriend cook while listening to Britney Spears.
The 23-year-old singer is currently loved up with Athina Andrelos after romancing Ellie Goulding briefly last year. He likes being a boyfriend, even if his relationships haven't always worked, and Ed feels grateful to his status for helping him meet people.
"I've been with my girlfriend for nine months," he grinned to British magazine Closer.
"I've always been in long-term relationships and being famous definitely helps you get into them. But it's not all glamorous: girls get sick of it by the end, following you around to all the concerts and stuff.
"We love to cook while listening to Britney Spears' Greatest Hits! I'd love to write a song for her."
The Brit musician has impressed with his albums + and x, which was recently named the fastest selling of 2014 so far. His star status means he counts celebrities such as Courteney Cox and Taylor Swift as close friends, but Ed doesn't let the fame go to his head.
"You've just got to stay yourself and not follow the crowd," he advised. "If it was the last day before the end of the world, I'd still like to spend it down the pub, getting lashed with my friends!
"My dad's proud that I have Shane Warne's number. He's a massive cricket fan!"
Along with his bright red hair, Ed is recognisable thanks to his colourful ink, which stands out dramatically against his fair skin.
"People can forget that tattoos can be classy!" he smiled. "I've got Puss in Boots and a bottle of ketchup tattooed next to [Henri] Matisse's [print] Mother and Child."
