Kanye West reportedly smashed his phone when he heard naked photos of Kim Kardashian had leaked.
At the beginning of September a number of high-profile female stars were targeted by an unknown person who posted intimate and private images of them on a photo-sharing website. Among those was Jennifer Lawrence, and then later in the month, a new round of nude photos were released by the hacker. Kim was among those to fall foul of the perpetrator that time around, apparently infuriating her husband.
"He flipped out - he flew straight out of LA the day the news came out. When a friend messaged to ask if he'd seen the photos, he smashed his phone. It drives him nuts that all these people - friends and the public - have now seen his wife naked," an insider told British magazine Heat. "This is different [to naked shoots she's done] before the leak, he hadn't seen all those new pictures."
Kim found fame after a sex tape of her and her ex-boyfriend Ray J leaked and she's also posed nude for the likes of Playboy. Apparently, hip-hop star Kanye is concerned about the effect the latest shots will have on her career.
"She's gone from being the sex tape girl to a fashion icon on the front cover of Vogue. He thinks that could all be ruined now," the source said.
The rapper is reportedly considering extreme measures to sort out the issue. The FBI are looking into the supposed iCloud hack, but Kanye supposedly worries they aren't doing enough and so he is considering getting his own private investigator.
Kim is said to be doing her best to relax her spouse, but isn't having much luck.
"Kim tried to calm Kanye down by pointing out that some of the pics were for him, but he says he's mad that she didn't delete them," the insider said.
"Kanye's even madder because he knows that Kim is not-so-secretly pleased with how good she looks in the pictures... and to be in the company of people like Jennifer Lawrence and Scarlett Johansson, who've also been hacked."
