Robert Pattinson and Tahliah Debrett Barnett are “not quite” in a relationship, it is claimed.
The Twilight actor and singer have recently been spotted together, igniting rumours romance is in the air.
However, it appears RPatz and FKA Twigs are just friends for now. A source told E! News the pair are “not quite” in a relationship.
“Tahliah thinks he is unbelievably handsome," a source told Us Weekly, however, adding Tahliah and Robert have been seeing each other for weeks.
The actor was previously dating Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart. The relationship, which spanned most of the film franchises’ run, came to an end in 2012 following the release of photographs showing Kristen kissing her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
The 28-year-old Remember Me actor opened up about the situation for the first time in an interview with the American edition of Esquire in July of this year.
“Sh*t happens, you know? It’s just young people… it’s normal!” he explained to the publication. “And honestly, who gives a sh*t?”
Kristen issued a statement after the photographs surfaced, apologizing for the “momentary indiscretion” that “jeopardised the most important thing” in her life.
Robert did not comment on the incident at the time and has not said a bad word against his ex in the two years since.
“The hardest part was talking about it afterwards. Because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can’t predict,” he explained to Esquire. “It’s like that scene in Doubt, where [Philip Seymour Hoffman is] talking about how to take back gossip? They throw all those feathers from a pillow into the sky and you’ve got to go and collect all the feathers.”
