Ciara says she’s feeling “clairvoyant” in the wake of her rumoured split from fiancé Future.

The 28-year-old is said to have recently broken up with the rapper, three months after giving birth to their son, Future Zahir Wilburn.

In a newly published interview conducted by UsWeekly on Tuesday, shortly before the news broke, the R&B diva opened up about the changes happening in her life since welcoming her first child and how it’s affected her creativity.

"I'm in a much more clairvoyant place in my life. So, I want to express that through my music,” she said.

"I'm in an even more expressive place. I think that when you become a mum… you don't really worry about the small stuff. I'm just way more centred. It makes you focus even more on what your goals are in life. And I just feel a whole new spiritual energy that's happening,” she added.

Sources earlier told the outlet Ciara was “devastated” to learn her fiancé had apparently been unfaithful. Those claims have yet to be substantiated.

However, reports suggest staying in the relationship wasn’t an option for the singer after her trust was broken.

"He cheated on her. Game Over,” the insider said.

Ciara has meanwhile been working in the studio, teaming up with producers including Dr. Luke and Mike Will.

"Now my concept is do more… times three. I'm all about making the best music possible… We're just having fun, letting the music live. Just letting it be,” she told Us, adding she has no plans to slow down.

"It's a good challenge," she said of balancing career and motherhood. "I'm mentally committed to doing the things I need to. It becomes a part of who you are and you just have to commit to it. You can't lose focus of what your goal is."
