Miley Cyrus has revealed two new tattoos.
The We Can’t Stop performer took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to show off her latest ink. Miley’s crescent moon on her inner left arm matches one on Bang Bang, who had the tat done on his thumb.
“BFF tats with @bangbangnyc,” Miley captioned the photo, which shows the pair.
The Wrecking Ball singer is currently on tour but decided to take a day off between shows to visit New York City and the celebrity tattoo artist.
The 21-year-old got a second tattoo during her stop in the city, which reads “Love Yer Brain”. This ink is on her right forearm, and it references The Flaming Lips and Wayne Coyne, whose track with that title appears on the band’s 1987 record.
“#loveyerbrain @waynecoyne5,” Miley wrote with the picture.
These are by no means the star’s first pieces of body art. The singer recently paid tribute to her dog Floyd, who passed away on April 1, by getting an image of the pooch on her body.
"#withalittlehelpfrommyfwends #housepartygreentonguefloydtats (sic),” she captioned one image showing off her new ink, which she had done with a group of friends who received matching marks.
In July, the hitmaker gave her friend Cheyne Thomas a tattoo, adding the label of tattoo artist to her resume. The pop star inked her pal a smiley face on the ankle.
Among Miley’s tattoo collection are two crossed arrows etched on the back of her right arm, two lines forming an equal sign on her finger, a heart on another finger, the word “love” behind her ear and a dream catcher on her rib cage, in addition to others.
