Xperia Access from Sony unveiled the World's First Digital Red Carpet this week at a star studded event at Vue Leicester Square to celebrate the premiere of Kasabian's Summer Solstice gig screening.

Along with Kasabian, celebrities including Amber Le Bon, Lulu James, Ralf Little, Amber Run, Pips Taylor, Laura Pradelska and Lonely Are The Brave posed for pictures on the World's First Digital Red Carpet, which featured hundreds of Xperia Z2 Tablets. A first of its kind, Sony's Digital Red (or Kasabian pink!) Carpet was fully interactive, revolutionising the experience for celebrities and fans alike.

The film screening offered music fans a window into the exclusive world of Kasabian and their historic homecoming gig in Leicester. Featuring content captured by fans on Xperia Z2 smartphones, the film was a celebration of Kasabian's latest album, 48:13 and their 10 year anniversary.
