Beyoncé Knowles is reportedly "impressed" by Jay Z's efforts during their travels.
The couple are currently in the midst of their On the Run Tour, which kicked off last month in Miami, and will move to Paris in September for two final dates to close.
Recently they have been plagued with rumours suggesting their relationship is on the rocks, and that the 99 Problems rapper has been unfaithful during their 12-year relationship. While things are reportedly tense behind the scenes, Beyoncé is said to be trying to make things better by hiring professional help for the sake of their marriage and daughter, two-year-old Blue Ivy.
"They have separate dressing rooms to change clothes, but any other time backstage is spent in a family suite," a source told British magazine Closer. "Bey even has a counsellor on tour with them so they can work out any potential problems or rows.
So far she's been impressed with Jay - he organised a big family day out on a yacht and has been making a huge effort to prove to her that he's committed. She likes that she has the power back in the relationship."
It was previously reported that Beyoncé has set regulations for her spouse, and it seems that being on tour is no exception for the couple. Jay Z is said to be working hard to keep his marriage strong amid allegations surrounding his infidelity, the most recent being rumours of an affair with singer Mya.
"Jay has been desperate to prove to Beyoncé they can work through the drama," the source added.
