Cher accuses SeaWorld executives of running a 'heinous corporation'.

The pop diva, 68, is not a fan of the popular theme park, where workers were accused of mistreating their marine mammals in 2013 documentary Blackfish.

Despite spokespeople for the park fiercely denying the allegations, Cher took to Twitter insisting that the park's whales, dolphins and porpoises, otherwise known as Cetacea, live under the constant threat of brutality in favour of profits.

'#SEAWORLD IS A HEINOUS CORP. THAT PRETENDS 2 CARE 4 WHALES.IT IS [money] &ONLY [money] THAT MOTIVATES THEM,' she insisted (sic).

The pop star and animal rights activist also took aim at the operators of the Los Angeles Zoo. Cher last year offered a $500,000 reward for the zoos release of Billy the elephant, an animal described as 'overweight, depressed and sexually frustrated' in a previous lawsuit filed against the zoo by a real estate agent. A judge ruled in 2012 Billy could remain in her enclosure. But Cher hasn't given up her fight to see her released.

'#SEAWORLD Trainers(& Cetaceans)Have To Deal With #SEAWORLD & #LAZOO (KILLERS OF & BRUTALIZERS OF #BILLY SHOULD B IN CAPTIVITY,' she tweeted (sic).

Cher took time to speak out in the midst of her Dressed to Kill farewell tour.

The pop star is scheduled to play Monday night in Portland, Oregon, followed by shows across the US and Canada, wrapping up the concert series in Wichita, Kansas in November.
