5 Seconds of Summer have signed women's boobs.

The Australian boyband are making an impact all over the globe and have an ever increasing fan base. But surprisingly for the boys, their more unusual requests don't come from the young fans, but their moms.

"We’ve signed boobs," Ashton Irwin revealed during a 60 Minute special sneak preview before adding, "The moms' boobs sometimes."

Ashton, 19, is joined in the band by Luke Hemmings, 17, Calum Hood, 18, and Michael Clifford, also 18. The group have come a long way since they were first discovered by British boyband One Direction on YouTube, performing their version of Wheatus' Teenage Dirtbag last year. The 1D boys asked their Australian counterparts to join them on their Take Me Home Tour, which then lead to their number one single She Looks so Perfect. It's been a whirlwind year for the boys, but they are able to take it in their stride.

"I mean you can’t complain though," Ashton added, before bursting into laughter with Michael. "It still takes time when this hits and it’s like, is this real?" said blond-haired Michael, before Luke added, "It’s all we want to do. It’s all we wanted to do, ever."

However, the boys can't get up to too much mischief, as their own moms joined them on their recent London tour. Their visit was also caught on camera for the Channel Nine show and the mothers were asked about their experience of the boys' success.

"We’re super fans," lead vocalist Luke’s mother Liz said.
