Benji Madden is “lucky” to be dating Cameron Diaz.
The former Good Charlotte rocker seems to have admitted that he is in a relationship with The Other Woman actress during an interview with Australian radio station Nova FM. Benji was joined on the show by his twin brother Joel Madden.
"You guys are both maturing now, you've got families, you're both in love," Nova FM hosts Fitzy and Wippa said. "You both got girls. Both got chicks and stuff.”
"Life is good, man," Nicole Richie's husband Joel agreed. "We're lucky guys!" Benji exclaimed.
Cameron, 41, and Benji, 35, were first linked last month when they were spotted leaving a Los Angeles gym. They have since been spotted together on numerous occasions, including a dinner date in Manhattan where they reportedly couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
“Nicole thought they'd click," a source previously told US Weekly, explaining how the couple got together.
"Cameron and Benji have actually known each other for years," a source gushed to E! News earlier this month. "When she was first dating Justin [Timberlake], the Madden brothers were around a lot."
It’s been claimed Cameron is happy feeling out the relationship at the moment, although her pal Drew Barrymore is said to be concerned that Benji might not be right for her.
Cameron has previously been romantically linked with Carlos de la Torre, Alex Rodriguez and Matt Dillon. She has never been married and has often said she would rather be alone than settle for a relationship that wasn’t right. The star recently caused controversy when she suggested that being monogamous wasn’t the be all and end all, adding she believes most people have had someone be unfaithful to them.
