Leona Lewis loves that her boyfriend is "adventurous".
The 29-year-old singer has been with dancer Dennis Jauch since 2010 and recently they posted a video of themselves performing choreography online.
She says it was Dennis' spontaneous idea while on a trip in France and Leona admits he's the one who'll encourage her to step out of her comfort zone.
"He'll be like, 'Come on, babe!' and I'll be like, 'No, I'm so embarrassed!'" she laughed to the British edition of OK! magazine.
"That's what I love about him. He's so adventurous. I'm good to just sit there and go with the flow and he really brings me out of my shell. He's very romantic and very sweet too."
Prior to meeting Dennis, Leona had been dating someone she'd known since she was a child. The star says it's important to keep the passion alive when you're in a relationship.
"Sometimes you can become complacent in relationships," she warned.
"I read about how it's important to treat your partner like you don't have them yet, like when you're first getting together."
They may have been together for about four years, but Leona hasn't got any plans to marry Dennis yet. The star does know that she's not interested in "anything crazy" for the ceremony though.
Leona also revealed that she's not been feeling broody yet.
"I haven't got to that stage yet at all," she explained. "Maybe in a few years.
"My parents had me so young. My mum was 21. So I'd rather wait a while. I have a lot of friends who have kids, so I get my fix."
