Ke$ha admits she likes men who “look a little homeless”.
The 27-year-old pop star is currently in a committed relationship with her boyfriend, Brad Ashenfelter.
Ke$ha’s beau has a fierce beard and she appreciates his gruff style.
"I do [like dirty boys], not like physically covered in dirt, but I just like them to be beardy [with] long hair and look like a little homeless," she revealed in an interview on KISS FM’s radio show On Air with Ryan Seacrest. "I like guys who look like they don’t groom themselves. I'm not into guys who are very high-maintenance. I don’t want them to take longer to get ready than me.”
Ke$ha met her boyfriend Brad through her stylist and she couldn’t be happier with how their relationship is going.
"He's really, a really sweet human being," she gushed. "I’m very happy to have him in my life … That’s way too much information for America to know. But, I’m really happy with my [bearded man]."
Ke$ha admits she finds the media’s pet names for the couple really entertaining.
Although out of all the names she’s heard, the star is most fond of one moniker in particular.
“My personal favourite, was 'Bradsha,'" she laughed.
In January it was announced Ke$ha went into rehab for an eating disorder and she was released from the facility in March.
Apparently Brad was deeply supportive as his girlfriend dealt with health issues.
“[They’ve] actually been together a long time … It's very real," a source told Us Weekly magazine. "[He] did visit her during treatment—he's been alongside her through it all."
