Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z are supposedly overloaded with tour concerns.

The married superstars will begin their joint On the Run Tour on June 25 in Miami.

Speculation is rife Beyoncé and Jay are experiencing marital problems currently, and apparently these rumours about their relationship have negatively impacted ticket sales.

“It’s overload. The public has been left with a sour taste in their mouth because of the elevator fight [between Beyoncé’s sister Solange and Jay] and all the information that leaked about Jay and B’s relationship afterward,” a source told Radar Online.

Ticketmaster is a major ticket distributor for the On the Run Tour and according to the company’s website, tens of thousands of seats are available at next Wednesday’s kick-off concert in Miami.

It appears their July 12 show in New Jersey and their concert on July 15 in Atlanta, Georgia also have a large amount of empty seats to fill.

This doesn’t bode well for the couple, as these cities are all major metropolises and normally shows for big acts are sold out very quickly at these venues.

The insider went on to explain Beyoncé hasn’t been getting much airplay since her fifth self-titled studio album was released last December, which could also be contributing to the public’s lack of interest in her and Jay-Z’s concerts.

“Beyoncé’s album had a big first month with Drunk in Love, but the last several singles have tanked on the charts,” the source explained.

“If you’re launching a stadium tour, you have to have airplay, and she’s had no hits lately on the radio.”

Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s On the Run Tour sees the couple travelling around North America playing 19 shows in several cities.
