Robbie Williams says he’s leaving Los Angeles for his children.

The 40-year-old pop star is expecting his second child with wife Ayda, who's reportedly four months pregnant.

And Robbie told UK newspaper The Sun he simply can’t imagine raising their expanding family in Southern California, so they're returning to his native England.

“I love LA. The people and the weather are great but it’s not England. It can’t offer the same,” he said, explaining, “Things change when you’re a dad - there are people to look after who are more important than yourself. I want [eldest daughter] Teddy and the new baby, whatever it may be, to be educated in England.”

The singer said he hasn’t entirely lost focus on himself, however. If anything, he’s taking better care of his body now that he’ll soon have two young ones to look after.

“I look after myself now — I have to. Not only for my appearance but I have to be fit for on the road and for running around after Teddy,” he said.

It’s not the first time Robbie has discussed his desire to return to England. But according to The Sun, he recently completed the purchase of a $4 million North London home, and now there’s simply no turning back.

“Teddy is already surrounded by English people so she’s bound to have an accent anyway. But that’s not the point — we want to educate her in London,” he continued, adding, “We’ve just bought a ruddy big house so we had better be coming back!”
