Justin Bieber has fuelled speculation he’s reconciled with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
The 20-year-old pop star posted a photo of himself being embraced by his ex on Instagram Wednesday, reports PerezHilton.com.
The black-and-white close-up shows Justin’s profile and distinct neck tattoo as the star buries his head in Selena’s neck and she looks at the camera.
"Our love is unconditional,” he reportedly wrote.
Fans went into a frenzy over the photo, some re-posting the image on the app.
“Its true ???” one fan asked (sic).
“Here we go again,” another added.
Selena and Justin’s relationship has been the subject of intense scrutiny since the pair initially split at the end of 2012.
Since then Justin has experienced many brushes with the law, including being arrested on suspicion of DUI and allegations he damaged his neighbour’s home in an egg attack.
Reports have circulated for month’s the Canadian star’s handlers are in support of the pair reuniting, and believe Selena is a positive influence on his life.
“The agents say it is good for her to be next to him, keep him out of the bad habits,” Selena’s grandfather, Ricardo, previously told British magazine Heat. “They say she has been a positive influence on him. She’s doing all she can to get him on track.”
The former couple have prompted speculation about a reconciliation in the past.
In March, the Baby hitmaker posted two recordings on his Instagram account of a choreographed routine performed by the pair to John Legend’s tune Ordinary People.
Neither of the videos were captioned with a message.
