Gramatik, Cid Rim, Skindred and The Catharsis have joined the line-up. Ta-Ku, Thick As Blood and Death Angel have cancelled their tours.
Skindred are returning to play on Dour's Sunday Cannibal Stage line-up, in the space previously occupied by Death Angel. They will be presenting their brand new album
Following on from a bombastic performance in the Boombox last year, Gramatik have joined the line-up on Thursday to present us their new live show.
The young, prodigious Austrian wunderkind Cid Rim will replace Ta-Ku, who has cancelled his European tour. Cid Rim will play a hip-hop/electronica/experimental set on DJ Lefto's Saturday night line-up.
Thick as Blood have also cancelled their European tour, and will not be appearing on the Cannibal stage on Saturday19th July. The English group The Catharsis will therefore be joining the line-up.
Dj Rashad was scheduled to appear at Dour on 17th July 2014; he has very sadly passed away after a health problem. We have asked Ashes57, a graphic designer who was part of Rashad's collective to create a t-shirt in homage to the DJ, which will be sold as a limited edition during the festival. All proceeds will be passed on to DJ Rashad's family. DJ Spinn, who was also scheduled to appear on that evening, will no longer be in Europe at that time.
There are still tickets of all types available. That said, we have sold 20% more tickets than at this stage last year. If you don't want to miss out, reserve your ticket now: www.dourfestival.be/tickets
