'Caustic Love', the acclaimed new album from Paolo Nutini, has just gone platinum, selling over 300,000 copies in just over 6 weeks, making it the UK's biggest selling album of the year.

Currently in the midst of a sold out UK tour, Paolo Nutini and his wonderful ten piece band have been tearing it up around the country playing much of the current album and new, energized versions of songs from his best selling 'These Streets' debut and the classic 'Sunny Side Up' follow-up.

Already a stand out on Later, and at Radio One's recent Big Weekend, Paolo Nutini looks set to light up the festival circuit this summer with confirmed appearances at Glastonbury, T in the Park and V Festival.

New single 'Let Me Down Easy', both a live and recorded highlight, is released June 16th on Atlantic Records.

Critics have been unanimous in their praise for 'Caustic Love': The Independent says it is 'a deep soul masterpiece', The Sun 'a modern day soul classic' and the Sunday Times Culture his 'best album to date'.
