Harry Styles reportedly knits to relax.
The One Direction star and his bandmates Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan are currently travelling the world on their Where We Are Tour. It can be a stressful time for the young singers, with 20-year-old Harry apparently getting crafty when he needs to chill out.
"Harry has always been able to knit, he finds it relaxing," a source claimed to British newspaper Daily Star. "But he’s never put as many hours in as he is doing at the moment.
“He says it’s the only way he can unwind after hours of listening to fans screaming for 1D. The other lads tease him for it, but he doesn’t care. Harry joked he’ll be knitting them all Christmas presents.”
It could be that the band have even more to worry about after a video emerged last night of Zayn and Louis seemingly smoking a marijuana joint. The boys visited Peru in April, where possessing the substance is not punishable, as long as it's for personal use and less than eight grams.
The clip was posted by MailOnline and shows the two bandmembers in a vehicle, appearing to smoke a joint and discuss drugs. Harry, Niall and Liam were thought to be travelling separately at the time.
“So here we are, leaving Peru. Joint lit. Happy days!” Louis is heard saying behind the camera.
Mike Navarra, of Columbia Records who represent the band in the UK, said: "Our only comment at the moment is the whole situation is in the hands of our lawyers."
The boys have not commented.
