East London quintet Dexters today announce the release of new single "I'll Never Find Another You" - a cover of The Seekers #1 classic that is sure to 'Do Us Proud'.

The track is The Sun newspaper’s official England Anthem and will be released and available to download for free from the Sun website on May 24th. The single will also feature on The Sun's upcoming TV advert in the lead up to the summer’s most anticipated sporting event, which will premier on May 30th.

Handpicked by The Sun, "I'll Never Find Another You" combines Dexters' trademark rough charm and powerful vocals with spiky guitar lines and a fierce driving beat making it a sure fire sing-a-long anthem guaranteed to intensify the nation's excitement in the build up to Brazil. It is already being dubbed as the most credible World Cup song since New Order's 'World In Motion' and The World Cup song of The People.

Lead singer Tom said "We were among a load of bands that had been put forward to cover the single for The Sun's World Cup advert and they picked ours. Its come out so good, we are gonna release it as a single, it's a proper terrace anthem. There's a load of World Cup songs around, but none of really fit the bill for a true footy fan. Y'know, the sort of tune you're gonna be singing on the way home from the boozer! Hopefully England fans will get behind our song and will be singing it all the way to the final!"

Drawing inspiration from the likes of The Las, The Libertines, Black Lips, Oasis and The Strokes, Dexters bring a refreshing modern swagger and youthful enthusiasm to guitar music's current grey landscape. Dexters is formed of frontman Tom Rowlett, guitarists Chris Heggie and Ben Debo, bassist Jamie Harris and drummer Chris Mardon. The five-piece have already caused a big stir with their recently released single 'Recover' and and their debut album "Shimmer Gold" garnishing tastemaker support from the likes of NME, Q, XFM, Absolute Radio and The Sun.

Dexters recently announced that they will be the lead support for the Kaiser Chiefs at this years British Grand Prix, the 50th to be held at the famous Silverstone track. The 12,000 capacity venue, will mark the bands biggest live show to date on July 3rd. They will also be bringing their electrifying live set to festivals up and down the UK beginning this month.
