Vivian Campbell, guitarist for Def Leppard, has said in an interview that his Hodgkin's lymphoma "seems to be, kind of, coming back again."

Campbell was interviewed by 98.7 The Gater in Palm Beach, FL, telling them that "I'm not concerned about it. I mean, it always was a little bit touch-and-go. But, you know, it's just a process to get through ... It's [just] something I need to start the process [for]. I need to get a handle on [it], so that I am free and clear to tour this summer. So, all good. You know what I mean?"

Vivian began his journey against the disease last year, going through a number of rounds of chemotherapy. In November, he said that he was "officially in remission" but it seems that the Hodgkin's has, once again, reversed course.

The length of treatment is not known, although he did vow to be back with the band in November to finish up their new album.
