Macaulay Culkin supposedly rocked out hard with his trombone kazoo at pizza joint gigs.

The 33-year-old Home Alone star is said to have put on two shows Wednesday night at Italian restaurants in East London with his cover band The Pizza Underground, who do comedic versions of songs written by popular Sixties band The Velvet Underground.

And Yard Sale Pizza co-founder Dan Spinney was left spinning after Macaulay and his group performed.

“It was crazy, I still can’t believe it’s happened,” the businessman told British newspaper The Sun. “Macaulay was playing a tiny trombone kazoo. It was great. The whole crowd was singing along.”

The former child actor, who is Mila Kunis’ ex-boyfriend, is currently touring the world with his New York City based band.

In December 2013 an internet video of Macaulay eating cheese pizza, which was intended to promote his group, went viral.

The star seems to be a hit in the digital space of late. Macaulay posted an image of himself wearing a t-shirt which features actor Ryan Gosling wearing a t-shirt with Macaulay’s face on it and this image also went viral. He is currently being tooted by writer Ian Crouch of the New Yorker as the face of a comical emerging trend dubbed the “endless t-shirt”.
