When Black Sabbath takes the stage on July 4 at London's Summer Time Festival in Hyde Park, it may be the last time fans see the group on stage.

Tony Iommi told Metal Hammer magazine that, although he hopes it's not the end for the group, there is nothing else planned and he doesn't think his body can handle more extensive touring.

It could be the last ever Sabbath show. I don't want it to be, but there's nothing really planned touring-wise after that show, so for all we know that could be it really. To be honest I don't want to be touring to this extent too much longer, because it makes me feel so bad.

Iommi was suffering from lymphoma but had finished treatment in March. He will go back to doctors in July, at the end of the current tour, to undergo tests to see if the cancer is gone or if further treatment is needed.

Sabbath is headlining the opening night of the festival with support from Soundgarden, Faith No More, Motorhead and Soulfly. Other headliners include The Libertines (July 5), McBusted (July 6), Neil Young and Crazy Horse (July 12) and Tom Jones (July 13).
