Ed Sheeran reveals he is seriously dating a woman in the food industry.
The 23-year-old hitmaker says his new love is a young lady with Greek heritage, but he declined to provide her name.
She is involved in the culinary trade somehow and Ed said he met her while on tour.
"[She] works for a food company -- well not a food company, she works for a chef,” he explained to the publication.
Ed thinks his new love is “nice” and “really cool”, and the star admits he is so smitten with her she has even been introduced to close friends and family.
The Sing crooner’s new girlfriend has already met his good pal Taylor Swift and he is happy the pop star approves of their fledgling romance.
"We went for dinner in London," Ed shared about introducing his sweetheart to Taylor. "She likes her."
Even though Ed is really taken by his new romance, he can’t imagine ever serenading her.
The Grammy-nominated singer thinks picking up his guitar in the bedroom might be interpreted as bizarre behaviour.
“[I wouldn’t sing to her in private] because that’s really creepy and weird,” Ed mused.
"If someone did that to you… Like legitimately, if someone sat you down like, 'hey baby, I’ll come play some' you’d be a bit awkward about it, right?"
Ed has previously been romantically linked to fellow British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding.
