Lucy Hale has a "woman crush" on Ariana Grande.
The Pretty Little Liars star is making her foray into the music industry with first album Road Between, which is due for release in June.
'Woman crush Wednesday' is a chance for social media users to celebrate their female inspirations and Lucy, 24, used the opportunity to mention 20-year-old Problem singer Ariana.
"It's still Wednesday and my woman crush is hands down the Polly pocket sized , voice of a divvvvva Ariana Grande. (sic)," the star posted on Twitter.
While Lucy is appreciating female music stars, Ariana is currently on the hunt for her perfect man. The pretty brunette dated The Wanted's Nathan Sykes for a brief period between September 2013 and January 2014. Now she has her eye on someone a little more rough and ready.
"I like funny boys; I like a bad boy... I tried the good boy thing for a minute and I was like, 'Oh my gosh,'" she recently admitted to E! News.
And while she couldn't single out any fellow young popstars, Ariana did reveal which A-lister she finds inspiring.
"I love Jim Carrey," she gushed enthusiastically. "I want him to be my dad, you know what I mean? It's not a celebrity crush, like, I want him to be my dad."
It's likely busy Ariana wouldn't have time for a relationship right now. She's in the midst of working on the video for Problem, which also features Iggy Azalea.
"hugely appreciative & grateful for everybody supporting problem making this such an exciting time (sic)," she thanked her fans on Twitter.
