In May 2014 the transatlantic bass adventure continues with a new set of top artists repping Brazil and the UK, showcasing the deepest currents in bass music today.

This year’s line up features chart-topping dancehall don Stylo G, rising UK hip-hop star Little Simz, the voice of Bahian reggae Soraia Drummond and sound-system action from Brazilian dub pioneers Ministereo Publico and riddim party masters Jus Now.

Celebrating Jamaica’s global musical influence and the artists taking things forward, in 2014 Bass Culture Clash returns to the Roundhouse and The Great Escape with Brazil x England - breaking borders, mashing genres and connecting artists with new audiences and, crucially, with each other. Proudly presenting the sounds of the world’s bass capitals, Bass Culture Clash salutes the roots and champions the future.

Alongside the music showcases, and adding a new element to the Bass Culture Clash experience, industry takeover days will be held at Roundhouse on 26 April and 3 May, featuring panels and workshops.
