Robbie Williams won’t tour with Take That due to “logistics”.

The chart topper famously teamed up with his former bandmates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald for an album and shows in 2010. They are now working on a new record and a tour is thought to be happening, but Robbie has other things on his mind.

“Logistically I can’t do it. I have the tour and I’m going to be a dad again,” Robbie told British newspaper The Sun. “It doesn’t mean to say I won’t join in along the way. Whatever happens, I am absolutely going to be in Take That – I love being in Take That.”

Robbie and his wife Ayda Fields revealed that they are expecting their second child together yesterday. The couple plan on finding out the sex of their child just as they with their daughter, 19-month-old Theodora Rose, with Robbie admitting he would love to have a son.

“If we have a girl, it’ll be totally cool but I would quite like a little boy.

“With Teddy, the doctor put the sex into an envelope. We went to dinner and the plan was to open it at the end of dinner… but she forgot the envelope,” Robbie said. “I think we’re going to do the same thing – but remember the envelope this time. I don’t think we can do it any other way.”

Robbie’s priorities have shifted in his life now that he’s a father. He makes sure he accommodates his daughter’s schedule while touring with Ayda and their families.

“It’s a very loving, safe environment. Our biggest concern these days is that we don’t travel through Teddy’s nap time,” he added. “We don’t get time to worry about us or the show.”
