Donnie Wahlberg's New Kids on the Block cruise is a "non-stop party".

The star and his bandmates Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre and Danny Wood will embark on a cruise in June, travelling from New York City to Bermuda. It's a chance for the group to perform for their fans and enjoy a fun holiday.

"New York is great, it's an international city the same as Miami, but a lot of our fans who come on the cruise are from the UK and Europe and we felt like starting it there would be a good thing," he explained to the British edition of OK! magazine when asked why the cruise is starting in the Big Apple rather than Miami this year.

"We have so much fun, you've really got to go on the cruise - it's a non-stop party. We'd love to do a Mediterranean cruise. I've never been to the Med - it's somewhere I'm very interested in exploring."

New Kids on the Block are also preparing to kick off their European tour next month. The 44-year-old revealed what he is most excited about when hitting the road.

"Yes, most specifically coming to the UK," he answered when asked if he's looking forward to it. "I go to Europe to work, I never get to go to Europe to play, so one day I look forward to doing that. I did some sightseeing when I was working on Band of Brothers - a lot of the guys would take off and go to Italy or Capri, but I stayed in Italy and rode around on my bicycle."
