Mariah Carey reportedly spends almost $50,000 a year on grooming her pets.

The pop star is mom to eight furry pups, and according to UK newspaper The Mirror, Mariah makes sure they live in luxury.

The outlet reports the dogs, including Cha Cha, Jackie Lambchops, JJ (also known as Jack), Jill E Beans, Squeak E Beans, The Good Reverend Pow Jackson, Pipitty L Jackson and Mutley P Gore Jackson III get a monthly cut and blow dry from the Rainbow Pet Spa, costing $80 a pop.

The canines apparently also get other treatments, including “full body wraps, Thai massage, blueberry facials and manicures” during spa stays.

In total, the treatments are said to amount to approximately $47,000 a year.

“Mariah pays for all the spa therapies herself and doesn’t expect any special treatment. Only her dogs get that,” a source to The Mirror, adding that those aren’t the only luxuries her dogs enjoy.

“She pays for her doggies to travel with her first class on a whim. And when they can’t she will check them into doggy day care at salons Chateau Marmutt, Barkingham Palace, or Pour La Pooch,” the source said.

“But she will always get the animals groomed before travelling – she likes them smart at all times.”

Mariah has admitted to pampering her Jack Russell, Jack, in the past.

“Jack lives on a private jet,” the star once tweeted.

She’s also not afraid to splurge on herself.

The singer reportedly splashed a fat stack of cash earlier this month on a flight to France for the Cannes Film Festival scheduled for next month, renting out an entire first-class cabin on a British Airways flight because she didn’t want to be disturbed by fans as she flew from New York to Europe.

“Over the years Mariah has grown accustomed to travelling in ultimate style so she doesn’t think twice about paying such a crazy amount to ensure her privacy,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.
