Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are reportedly not getting back together, despite rumours to the contrary.

The couple announced they were ending their marriage of three years in January, but have been seen together on a frequent basis ever since.

Hilary and Mike were even seen at the Coachella music festival in India, California on Friday – but apparently it doesn’t mean they are back together again.

"They are still separated but very good friends," a source told People magazine. "They are at Coachella this weekend, which is sure to fan the flames, but they aren’t a couple. It’s just not true – they remain separated."

Hilary and Mike are parents to son Luca Cruz, two. The pair made it clear that the split was not amicable and they would continue to co-parent their child together.

A rep for the actress stated at the time that they "have mutually decided [upon] an amicable separation. They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."

Another source insisted there was no one problem that broke up Hilary and Mike. Apparently the two just grew apart and couldn’t make it work.

"There was no major incident – no big event between the two of them. They really did drift apart. They have put effort and thought into this decision for a long time. They tried couples therapy, but in the end, they realised at this time, they work better as friends. And they really are great friends,” the source said.
