Sir Mick Jagger has reportedly jetted to Los Angeles to spend time with his family.
The Rolling Stones rocker is currently grieving following the loss of his partner of 13 years L'Wren Scott, who committed suicide in New York City on Monday aged 49.
Mick, 70, was in Australia with his bandmates at the time as they were due to play seven dates of their now-postponed On Fire tour. He has now jetted out of the country and it was initially thought he was heading to New York, but fresh claims suggested will touch down in Los Angeles. His eldest daughter Karis lives in the city and it's understood his other daughters Jade and Georgia May will be there too.
"Mick will be supported by his whole family after the huge shock. His children were waiting to hear what he wanted to do and as soon as Mick decided to head to LA, they were heading there too," a source told British newspaper The Sun.
"Mick is very close to Karis so will spend a lot of time with her. Jade is heavily pregnant but wanted to be with her dad so is flying over on Friday.
"Georgia will also be there to help Mick through this tough time."
Mick released a statement the day after L'Wren's body was found, paying tribute to his later partner and admitting he was struggling to come to terms with his loss.
Hi bandmates Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts also commented, offering him their unwavering support.
Charlie has since admitted seeing Mick in such a state of grief has been hard.
"He's holding up. He's OK," Charlie told MailOnline yesterday. "He's not really well. He's not really here. It was such a shock."
L'Wren was discovered by her assistant and reportedly did not leave a suicide note. There has been speculation that her fashion business was experiencing financial problems, with iconic fashion journalist Cathy Horyn claiming L'Wren had planned to announce she was closing it on Wednesday.
