Chris Brown is reportedly living in stinking prison conditions.

The Turn Up the Music singer was sent to jail last week after being thrown out of a rehabilitation facility.

A source tells TMZ he has been relegated to solitary confinement 23 hours per day and he is only allowed to shower once every 48 hours.

However it’s not all bad for the musician, as he is supposedly allowed to work out in his cell and read books.

Chris had been sentenced to three months in a rehabilitation centre back in November 2013 after being placed on probation following his 2009 conviction for assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

But despite the centre giving the 24-year-old a glowing report in January, he was kicked out on Friday March 14 for breaking “internal rules”.

Details surrounding the rule breaking were revealed in court and apparently Chris ignored a rehab worker who wanted to do a drugs test. It is also claimed he rubbed elbows with a woman, despite signing an agreement to stay at least two feet away from all female clients during his stay.

Chris’ legal team put forward a plea for him to be released but the judge ordered him to stay in jail until a probation violation hearing on April 23 because of his “inability to stay out of trouble”.

Outside court Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, said the singer had a bad day at the facility and added he didn't think his client should be forced to stay behind bars for another month so was planning to petition to have him released before the April hearing.
