Britney Spears is said to be “extremely serious” about becoming a wife again.

The 32-year-old singer has been dating legal professional David Lucado for a year now.

And it is claimed David is ready to propose any day now.

“He is extremely serious about Britney and this is the happiest she has been in a very long time,” a source told Radar Online, noting the star is open to being married for the third time.

“She wants to start a family with him and has expressed special interest in having a little girl. Britney’s parents love David and think they are a perfect match.”

Britney is mother to sons Sean, eight, and Jayden, seven, with her second ex-husband Kevin Federline, whom she divorced in 2007 after just over two years of marriage. She was also married to childhood friend Jason Alexander, but she annulled the union just 55 days after saying “I do” in 2004.

The star has been under court-ordered conservatorship since 2008 after experiencing a mental breakdown. This means her finances and all other major life decisions are managed by her conservators, father James Spears and attorney Andrew Wallett.

According to Radar, a petition to take out an “urgent” $6 million loan from Britney’s accounts was approved in a court hearing Tuesday.

The outlet goes on to speculate this money may possibly be used for Britney and David’s wedding.

Apparently the star thinks her nuptial ceremony should be elaborate and held at a legendary location.

“Britney wants to get as much attention and money for pictures with her third wedding as she did for her second, which is why she is considering reaching out to Elvis’ daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, to ask if she can be married in the Graceland Estate in Memphis, Tennessee,” another source disclosed previously.
