Justin Bieber has told fans that his music is his "heart".

The troubled pop star has hit the headlines for his bad behaviour recently, but seems to want to get back to concentrating on music.

In the past few months 20-year-old Justin has been accused of causing $20,000 worth of damage to a neighbour's home, and has also been questioned over allegations he asked one of his bodyguards to beat up photographer Jeffrey Binion last year.

He was also charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving on an expired license after cops pulled him over in Miami in January.

Despite his legal woes Justin has taken to his Twitter account to assure fans, often dubbed Beliebers, that his head is back in music.

"my music is my heart.

"had fun the other night performing. now that @dankanter is here maybe we should do another acoustic show. maybe.

"studio. always working (sic)," he posted in a series of Tweets.

Justin is a big fan of the social media site, and often keeps fan updated with what's going on in his life.

Following the release of police footage featuring Justin at the deposition of the alleged assault request, the singer has hit back at accusations surrounding him.

"Love how some people love to twist and justify the horrible action of others. We all have a right to defend ourselves and feel harassed.

"They can't break us. They can't get us down. We are too strong. We love too much. #mybeliebers (sic)," he tweeted.

Aside from his current legal issues, Justin seems to be getting his love life back on track.

He was spotted out with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez over the weekend, fuelling rumours that the pair have reunited.

Justin even posted footage earlier this week of the pair dancing together at a Texas studio to John Legend's Ordinary People, though the video was later deleted.
