Michael Jackson’s “long lost son” has allegedly been linked to the singer through DNA.

A 31-year-old man named Brandon Howard has claimed for years his biological father is the late pop star.

Brandon agreed to submit to a DNA test, the results of which were unveiled Thursday at FilmOn.com.

TMZ reports the results showed a 99.9 per cent chance the man is Michael’s illegitimate child.

According to the outlet, the test results were obtained by FilmOn owner Alki David, who claims he bought the pop star’s dental impression from a Beverly Hills doctor at auction.

The impression, which is approximately 30 years old, is said to be filled with DNA.

David declined to confirm the name of the lab that performed the test.

TMZ reports Brandon is the son of Miki Howard, a gospel singer represented by Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, in the ‘80s and that Michael met Miki in 1982, shortly before Brandon was born.

Brandon was not present when the test results were announced and is believed to have had nothing to do with the production.

The lawyer for Michael Jackson’s estate, estate lawyer Howard Weitzman, told the outlet he has never heard of Brandon.

Although it’s unclear if the man would make a claim to Michael’s estate, it appears Weitzman would fight him on the matter.

"Any deadline for claiming to be Michael's child has long since passed,” he said.

Michael died in 2009 at the age of 50.

He left behind three children, Prince, Paris and “Blanket”.
