Demi Lovato has revealed she’s “sick” on tour.

The 21-year-old pop star kicked off her Neon Lights Tour on February 9.

But 10 days into the trek, she’s already come down with an illness that’s keeping her from staying in tip-top shape.

“I wanna workouuuuutttttt.... I hate being sick,” she tweeted on Tuesday night.

Demi declined to elaborate on the illness, which seems to have struck after a visit from a boyfriend Wilmer Valerrama in her hometown of Dallas, Texas, according to E! News.

“Thank you SO much to my #FromDuskTillDawn family for flying to Dallas for the night to see the #NEONLIGHTSTOUR!!!” she tweeted with a photo of herself with Wilmer and a few friends.

"Best night ever.... So happy right now... Thank you Dallas, TX!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!! #NEONLIGHTSTOUR,” she wrote.

Demi was recently forced to shoot down engagement rumours after she was pictured wearing a ring on her wedding finger.

A spokesperson for the star denied they were planning to head down the aisle.

Demi still gushed over the actor as he celebrated his 30th birthday January 30.

"To the funniest, most inspiring, incredible man I know.. @WValderrama - thank you for helping me get through my darkest moments.. You truly are a light to this world and to my life.. Happy Birthday!!!" she wrote.

Demi won’t have much of a break before her next show, but she may get some extra time with her beau while she’s in Texas.

The pop star is scheduled to perform in Houston on Wednesday before trekking to Atlanta for a Friday show.

The Neon Lights Tour is scheduled to wrap on May 17 in Monterrey, Mexico.
