Bruno Mars rocked out the Super Bowl half-time show with the Red Hot Chili Peppers Sunday.
The 28-year-old singer kicked off the show with a children's choir singing a verse from his hit track Billionaire before he jumped on stage and banged out a drum solo.
The Grammy-winner then performed several of his hits, including Locked Out of Heaven, Treasure, Runaway Baby and Give it Away, joined by the Chili Peppers.
Bruno closed out with a tribute to Army families, singing a rendition of his song Just the Way You Are.
The high-energy performance got the crowd to their feet at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, where the Seattle Seahawks faced off against the Denver Broncos in the American championship match.
Fans also took to Twitter, with some even demanding an encore.
"So....can Bruno Mars come back out again?" one user wrote.
"The only good part to this game was Bruno Mars performing," another disappointed football fan added.
Celebrity fans also chimed in.
"@BrunoMars was incredible tonight. Let's focus on that. #SB48," Ellen DeGeneres tweeted.
"Yes Bruno & the hooligans!! So proud of our friends. They Killed it!" Janelle Monae added.
Bruno follows in the footsteps of last year's half-time performers Beyoncé and Destiny's Child. The previous year saw Madonna take the stage with LMFAO, Cirque du Soleil, Nicki Minaj, Cee Lo Green and M.I.A., who stirred controversy after putting up her middle finger during the show.
Bruno previously confessed rehearsing was not easy with the frigid winter temperatures at the outdoor arena.
"The microphone turns into a Popsicle and all these things you don't really think about going into it," he told MTV News.
The Seahawks took home the championship win at Super Bowl XLVIII Sunday night with a final score of 43-8.
