Justin Bieber's mom is allegedly preparing to move in with him.

The 19-year-old Canadian star hit the headlines last week when he was arrested in Miami for DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired license. The star caught police attention when he was drag racing with his rapper friend Khalil.

He's also been charged with assault for allegedly hitting a Toronto limousine driver in January, after he handed himself in to a Toronto police station last night.

It's the latest in a long line of bad behaviour from the teenage singer, and sources say his mom Pattie Mallette wants to move in to try and sort out her son's life.

"Pattie's worried sick. She's concerned about the people Justin hangs around with, and she's warned him that she'll push either for rehab or a conservatorship if he doesn't pull himself together. She's making plans to move in. It could be the thing that saves his life," an insider revealed to Britain's Heat magazine.

But Justin is not happy with this plan, and is trying to put a stop to the supposed arrangement.

"Pattie wants his bad-influence friends to move out. Justin's doing everything he can to resist her removing in, but he doesn't have a leg to stand on right now," the insider added.

One of Justin's closest friends Lil Za, who also lives with him, was arrested recently for drug possession.

Justin's house was raided after a neighbour accused the popstar of hurling eggs at his house, causing a reported $20,000 of damage.

"It's fair to say Pattie's furious," the insider said.

Justin is also said to have shocked his on-off love Selena Gomez with his recent antics, and the pair are apparently over for good following rumours that Justin has gotten close to model Chantel Jeffries, who was with him at the time of his Miami arrest.
