Selena Gomez has a new man in her life according to reports.
The former Disney star has been at the Sundance Film Festival promoting her new film Rudderless.
And according to People Magazine, Selena made a beeline for a handsome stranger at an after party on Monday night.
“Quickly making her way upstairs, she spent most of the evening with an attractive young man with shaggy blond hair who wore a green sweater,” the website reported.
“She went right up to him really early on in the evening," an eyewitness added to the publication.
Selena attended the Grey Goose party which was held for her new film, in which she plays a grieving college student.
While her co-star Billy Crudup performed a number of songs from the music-heavy film during the night, according to the eyewitness, Selena spent the evening tucked away in a corner with the unnamed man and some friends.
“[Selena] sipped on cocktails and chatted closely with her male companion, casually placing both hands on his legs several times throughout the evening,” People magazine continued.
However a rep for Selena has denied any rumours of a romance and said the two are just friends.
Selena no doubt wanted to let her hair down after a tough few days involving her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
According to Radar Online, Selena engaged in a heated text exchange with Justin last week.
The website published the messages claiming they had been sent by the two singers.
In them, Selena allegedly called Justin a ‘drug addict’ and that he needed help while the 19-yer-old reportedly responded by cursing at her and sending X-rated pictures of himself.
