Adding to the glitz and glamour of this year's FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX (04 - 06 July), Silverstone Circuits Limited has announced that indie rock band and three-time Brit Award winners, Kaiser Chiefs, will be kicking off the UK's premier motor racing event in style, performing the first of five UK summer tour dates on the evening of Thursday 03 July.

Tickets for the concert, overlooking the famous circuit, go on pre-sale today (Monday 20 January) and are initially available exclusively to existing British Grand Prix ticket holders or fans who book F1 passes before Thursday 23 January. Priced at £37.50 each, Kaiser Chiefs tickets can be purchased via the Silverstone Call Centre (with no extra booking fee) on 0844 3728 300.

Following the three-day exclusive period, Kaiser Chiefs concert tickets will go on general sale at 08:00hrs on Thursday 23 January, via the Silverstone Call Centre (0844 3728 300) and website www.silverstone.co.uk. Fans will have the option to purchase a ticket for the Thursday evening concert (price includes free parking within Silverstone Circuit), or combine it with passes to the FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX.
