Mel B’s daughter cried “blood tears”.

The former Spice Girl took her youngest child to hospital on Wednesday after she witnessed the youth suffering from extreme symptoms.

Mel B, real name Melanie Brown, revealed she was scared for her tyke’s life.

“This morning’s been a little bit crazy because my six-year-old, Angel, was feeling not very well yesterday, dizzy and had her first ever nosebleed so I kept her off school. And then this morning, completely disoriented and blood was just funneling like there was no tomorrow, so I took her to the emergency room,” the 38-year-old explained while co-hosting Australia’s 2DayFM.

“She had blood tears and she’s got like a heart murmur thing on, poor little thing.”

Melanie hopes doctors will come back with conclusive test results soon, as she can’t bear to see her child in such discomfort.

The star has her fingers crossed the diagnosis won’t turn out to be severe.

“They don’t know [what's wrong]. They’ve done a bunch of blood tests so we’re just waiting for that stuff to come back,” she explained.

“They’re thinking it’s either like some kind of a heart murmur or vessel infection or sinus infection. A lot is going on!”

Melanie has three children total and she is also stepmother to her husband Stephen Belafonte’s daughter, Giselle.

The star spent the Christmas holiday with her whole brood in Africa after being invited to the stunning continent by Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
