Kanye West was reportedly "like a boxer going in for the kill" when he allegedly assaulted an 18-year-old.

The teen is accused of using racist language towards Kanye's fiancee Kim Kardashian as she was entering a Los Angeles medical building on Monday. It is reported he called the reality TV star a 'n****r lover', with Kim quickly telling the hip-hop star what happened. Kanye then arrived at the chiropractor's office and is alleged to have punched the man, with a witness now opening up about the supposed incident.

"The 18-year-old was sitting in a chair as Kanye made a beeline for him and, without saying a word, started slugging him in the face," they told TMZ.

"The kid was covering his face but Kanye was unrelenting. Kim just stood there and silently watched the beating.'

The website claims the chiropractor's receptionist screamed at the Yeezus singer to stop but he ignored her.
The 18-year-old reportedly curled up into a ball to block the blows.

"The massage therapist rushed into the waiting room and pushed Kanye off the kid and ordered him out of the office," TMZ added.

"Kanye got out of the building and Kim went to another office for a meeting."

The website has previously reported that Kim claims death threats were made during the altercation.

It is alleged she will file a police report claiming the 18-year-old shouted that he would 'kill her'.

The reality TV star reportedly believes the man should be prosecuted for making criminal threat and Kanye is already thought to have spoken to an attorney about what happened.

The star has a notoriously troubled relationship with the paparazzi, having pleaded not guilty to a July attack on a photographer at a Los Angeles airport in November.
