Kelly Osbourne has called it quits with her fiancé.
The 29-year-old Fashion Police presenter announced she was engaged to wed vegan chef Matthew Mosshart in July 2013.
But their relationship didn’t survive, as Kelly’s representative confirms their romance is indeed over.
"Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement," her spokesperson revealed in a statement to Us Weekly magazine.
"The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."
Although Kelly hasn’t addressed the split directly, on January 8 she seemed to have alluded to their breakup in a Twitter post.
"its all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!" she wrote to her over 3.5 million followers.
Kelly and Matthew enjoyed the marriage proposal while vacationing in the Caribbean last summer.

Kelly and Matthew went public as a couple later that year in December.
They were last seen out together at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Hollywood, which took place just before the Christmas holidays.
