According to the BBC's Sound of 2014 list you'd be tricked into thinking bands don't exist!

Over the last seven years THIS FEELING has forged a formidable reputation for fighting the corner for the best new guitar bands around and rest assured that 2014 will be no different. So without further ado, THIS FEELING presents the 'Big in 2014' club night with live shows from SEVEN brilliant new BANDS we're tipping to do damage in 2014...

Fresh from supporting label-mates Franz Ferdinand at Ibiza Rocks and recent stars of the NME Radar tour, Domino Records new signings THE BOHICAS are generating a feverish response at the moment. Expect edgy post-rock that's as cool as ice with instant Beatles-style melodies and great guitar hooks.

East Londoners DEXTERS sound like the bastard child of The Clash, The Jam and The La’s and have the infectious energy and big tunes to match. Heavily backed by XFM and gigging their socks off, there's a good chance you've heard them on the radio or seen them 'live' this year (the band have done over 300 gigs in the last 2 years including tours with The Courteeners, The Enemy, Miles Kane and The Rifles). With a growing fan-base, debut album, UK headline tour and announced for next year, 2014 is all set.

Major label signed THE STRUTS have got that classic old skool glam attitude - think Queen crossed with Manic Street Preachers - frontman Luke Spiller's vocals are bursting with passion, looks and sounds like a young Freddy Mercury (no joke!). Debut album due 2014.

London's STORMS are purveyors of indie guitar excellence with a host of proper alternative anthems that will have Britpop era fans belting the songs right back at 'em. Think 90s revivalists Peace crossed with M83 and The Horrors and a lead vocal reminiscent of Peter Hayes (BRMC). The bands debut EP is to be released early 2014.

You've probably heard Swansea three-piece TRAMPOLENE on XFM who've been big early supporters of the band. They exude the kind of raw power and snarling rock and roll attitude that propelled bands like Manic Street Preachers and Muse to greatness. A band with all the self-belief in the world; walls of wailing feedback, filthy, grinding riffs and searing vocals Gallagher-esque vocals. Debut LP coming 2014.

Manchester quartet THE TAPESTRY pull huge crowds in their home town and already list The Courteeners (who took them out on tour) and John Robb ("If there was ever a band to fall instantly in love with, it is The Tapestry") amongst their fans and with a debut single in 2014 coming, fall in love you shall.

Finally, PUSHER all 'Hair raising guitars and distinctive moody vocals' (NME) have toured with EXIT CALM this year and are set to unleash their debut single next year.
