Leona Lewis dreams of performing in Las Vegas.
The 28-year-old British singer is very open to taking on a concert residency in Sin City sometime in the future.
Leona confesses the cash she would earn from such an enterprise is incredibly appealing.
“You get paid so much money to just go and do your show every single night. It would be amazing! I would love that,” she told UK newspaper The Metro.
Leona’s pop colleague Britney Spears kicked off her two-year show series at Planet Hollywood last week.
The Perfume singer is reportedly contracted to put on 50 shows per year through 2015 and she is earning an estimated $15 million every 12 months.
Leona admits she is struggling to see how Britney will pull it all off.
“I want to go and see Britney. I am wondering how great that will be, though, as she is only performing two nights per month which I don’t really understand. Two shows a month? Probably $10 million per show!? I’m sure it will be incredible but I am intrigued to see how that would work,’ she mused.
Leona loves Las Vegas, as she has fond memories of her escapades in Sin City.
But she jokes her exploits aren’t anywhere near as scandalous as when UK royal Prince Harry was photographed naked in a Wynn Las Vegas hotel room following a failed game of sports billiards.
“I had one amazing new year in Vegas three years ago. It was the best, ever,” she gushed.
“I went there and some of my mates met me and we had the best time. We gambled, but we didn’t strip like Prince Harry did!”
