Max George missed his 'crazy' fans during his break from the band.

The Wanted star had to take time off from performing earlier this month when it was announced he was dealing with the death of his grandfather.

Luckily he's now back on the road with his bandmates Nathan Sykes, Tom Parker, Siva Kaneswaran and Jay McGuiness.

'Great gig tonight in Hong Kong... Happy birthday Cheryl!!! X (sic)' he gushed on Twitter.

'A-MAZING welcome at the airport in Singapore!! Missed you crazy lot!'

The band's youngest member, 20-year-old Nathan, has also had a tough time recently.

His grandfather also passed away recently and it's been reported he's split up from singer girlfriend Ariana Grande, also 20.

With the New Year approaching, it seems Nathan has taken some time to consider all the good things going on in his life.

'Sat here thinking that we are so lucky that we get to do what we do, performing all around the world and it's all because of you guys,' he wrote on Twitter.

'Can't imagine how different our lives would be if you all weren't here with us and I just want you all to know we are here for you too

'Sorry for the soppy tweets. Just came back after Xmas and remembered how lucky I am and how important you all are to me (sic).'

The Wanted have an exciting year ahead, with their Word of Mouth Tour kicking off in 2014.

The boys will be performing across the globe, including dates in Europe, Canada and the US.
