Demi Lovato is reportedly leaving The X Factor US.

The 21-year-old singer has served as a judge on the hit TV singing competition for two seasons, but according to People magazine she’s calling it quits to focus on her own career.

"She had a great run and a good time," a source said.

Demi has a busy year ahead. The pop star announced in September plans to headline her first arena tour, the Neon Lights Tour.

The shows kick off in Vancouver on February 9 and will continue through Canada and the US through March. She then treks to Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and finally, Mexico, with the final concert planned for Monterrey on May 17.

People reports that in November, Demi admitted she was looking forward to taking some time for herself before things kicked into high gear.

"I will take the month of January completely off!" she said. "I want to vacation! I want to watch crime shows on my DVR on my couch... I need to do some exercising and I don't really have time to do it. I love horseback riding and never get to do that stuff, but January is my time to do all of that."

A spokesperson for the star has yet to issue comment.
