Rihanna and A$AP Rocky reportedly enjoyed a relaxed date on Monday night.
The Barbadian singer was first linked to the rapper after he supported her during her Diamonds World Tour earlier this year. Rumours of their supposed romance intensified in September, but it was then thought things cooled.
It seems Rihanna is now giving the supposed romance another go as she is said to have enjoyed an evening with the hip-hop star in New York City on Monday.
"They were playing pool and hanging by the stairwell," an insider told New York Post. "They weren't kissing or anything, but they were looking very friendly."
The two stars spent time at a private members club in the trendy Meatpacking District, apparently the perfect place to ensure some secrecy.
Despite the claims, her spokesperson has laughed off allegations of a relationship.
"Cause they were playing pool? Hmm..." the representative said.
Romance rumours swirled after Rihanna was seen leaving A$AP's hotel room in the early hours of a day in September.
Rihanna recently moved to New York City, where she is renting a luxury apartment at a cost of $39,000 a month. It boasts four bedrooms but three are being transformed into walk-in wardrobes, with the singer apparently deciding to make a clean break from her Los Angeles mansion after she was targeted by trespassers.
The star split from her on/off boyfriend Chris Brown earlier this year and it has been claimed she initially hooked up with A$AP to make her ex jealous.
The rapper has always insisted things between him and Rihanna are platonic and when rumours about them surfaced in September it is understood he was dating model Chanel Iman.
"I'm just cool with her," he insisted earlier this year. "I don't even look at her like that. She's sexy, but I'm good."
