Katy Perry wants to talk about nothing other than Beyoncé Knowles.

The pop diva amazed her fans when she released an unannounced album in the early hours of Friday morning.

Her self-titled surprise offering caused iTunes to crash as eager fans tried to get their hands on a copy and other A-listers have reacted to the exciting news.

"B done broke the internet. #stanning," Katy tweeted in amazement.

"Don't talk to me today unless it's about @Beyonce THANX (sic)."

Among the 14 tracks are collaborations with her husband Jay Z, Drake, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams and Frank Ocean.

Her daughter Blue Ivy also features on a track and Perez Hilton weighed in on the talented star's ability to juggle so many balls at once.

"If @Beyonce can go on a world tour, record a new album, film 17 music videos, be a mom and a wife - then I can wake up and #BeLikeBeyonce!!! (sic)," the gossip blogger tweeted.

Chloë Grace Moretz also seems taken with Beyoncé's latest record.

"I'm in love with @Beyonce she has reinvented music and the industry. Sexiest album. (sic)," she said, praising the 32-year-old.

Snoop Dogg added: "my girl @beyonce just changed d game !! (sic)"

Most artists spend a lot of time doing promotional interviews and pushing their work on social networking sites.

The singer revealed in a statement why she wanted to go back to basics.

"I didn’t want to release my music the way I’ve done it. I am bored with that," she stated. "I feel like I am able to speak directly to my fans. There’s so much that gets between the music, the artist and the fans. I felt like I didn’t want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it’s ready and from me to my fans.”
