One of the world’s biggest rock bands Pearl Jam are to embark on an eleven-date European tour in June and July of 2014.
The band's summer tour kicks off on June 16th in Amsterdam, includes two festival headlining slots (Open'er Festival on July 3rd and Rock Werchter Festival on July 5th), and wraps up with two dates in the UK, at Leeds Arena on July 8th and at the Milton Keynes Bowl on July 11th.
Written by the band and produced by Brendan O’Brien, Pearl Jam released their much-anticipated tenth studio album ‘Lightning Bolt’ in October. It is their first studio album in four years, and their tenth to date.
It debuted at number 2 in the UK charts, their highest chart position since ‘Vs’ while also debuting at number 1 on ITunes in over 50 countries and became their 5th number 1 album in their native US.
