Taylor Swift won the inaugural Worldwide Artist Award at the 2013 American Country Awards Tuesday night.
The 23-year-old singer took home the coveted prize at the fan-voted awards held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
The Love Story hitmaker delivered her acceptance speech via satellite from Sydney, Australia, where she's currently on tour.
"I am so sorry that I can't be with you tonight. But I'm so thankful you decided to give me this ACA! Appropriately, I am on the other side of the world right now," she said, crediting her fans with her success.
"I am so happy you decided to honour touring worldwide; it's been such an amazing part of my life."
Taylor's former tourmate, Luke Bryan, was also the toast of the evening, taking home the coveted Artist of the Year honour, as well as the prize for Touring Artist of the Year.
Blake Shelton took home four awards, including Album of the Year (Based on a True Story) and the Video Vanguard Award, while his wife, Miranda Lambert, was crowned Female Artist of the Year.
Florida Georgia Line took home six awards, including Single of the Year (Cruise, feat. Nelly) and Best New Artist.
Performers included Lady Antebellum, who opened the show with their hit song Compass; Jake Owen, who performed Days of Gold with ZZ Top rocker Billy Gibbons; Sheryl Crow and Darius Rucker; and Leann Rimes, who sang Crazy, among other hits, in a tribute to Patsy Cline.
